Provider Relations Representative
We are looking for a Call Center Representative to join an international insurance company. The right candidate to join the small Rosebank office will be energetic and highly organised. They will be the liaison between our client’s company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

The purpose of this position is to provide exceptional service by supporting the Claims Assistance teams through building relationships with medical provider in the region. The Provider Relations Representative will expand the medical provider network by contracting with Providers to secure direct-billing agreements. The Provider Representative also provides a variety of other duties and projects assigned by Management to support the company. Some of these duties include: sending out correspondence, outbound provider call projects, and reviewing claims report to plan appropriate service agreement.

Hours 09h30 – 18h00 five days per week (one weekend per month with time off).

Search and undertake vetting process of providers to be added into the medical services network.
Initiate contracting with provider to secure a direct-billing agreement.
Communicate with providers and provide responsive and professional customer service regarding member access issues and status of claims payments.
Utilize necessary resources and navigate systems efficiently to accurately verify claims payment status and perform reconciliation as needed.
Assist providers in getting set up and utilizing provider portal.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Work with members of staff on identifying process improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Fluent in English (essential).
Fluent in either Spanish, Portuguese or French would be beneficial.
Minimum 2 years experience in an insurance environment.
Previous experience in a call centre essential.
Excellent organisational, telephone and communication skills.
Salary negotiable dependent upon experience.
Salary + plus medical aid.
Start date 21st Jan.
Training will be provided.
